In this case, any Sats earned through their double-sided referral boost are retroactively removed from your balance. As this also affects your referral's mining, they may have already reached out for us to take a look. If we review their account and decide to unlock it, then these Sats will be added back to your account, otherwise, this change will be permanent.
If you've initiated a withdrawal in the past, this reduction may have caused your balance to drop below 0, as your balance was less than the amount earned through the removed boost. Despite not appearing to be adding up, starting your miner and earning rewards through tournaments, predictions, or tasks will contribute to your overall balance, even if it is still showing 0 on your end. A few days of earning and you should be good to go!
