This article addresses the following issues:

  • I didn't receive my mining withdrawal/payout

  • Where are my mining rewards?

  • My sats were never withdrawn to my wallet

Please note that this article refers to the situation when your reward history says that your payout was sent, but you haven't received your rewards. If you used the wBTC Polygon method:

In this scenario, it's likely that the wallet address inputted was not compatible with receiving wBTC on Polygon. You can check to see if your payout has been sent by entering your wallet address into polygonscan.com.

When using the Polygon wBTC withdrawal method, it is essential that the inputted wallet address is compatible with receiving wBTC on the Polygon network, as mentioned in-app and in our help center articles.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency protocols, transactions on the blockchain are irreversible, meaning they can't be canceled or reversed once initiated. If you sent funds to an invalid/incorrect address, you'll need to contact the receiving party (your exchange or wallet provider) and ask for their help in recovering the funds. Please note that if it was sent on the wrong network, the likelihood of recovering these funds is typically low.

It is essential to exercise caution when sending and make sure the address you are sending to is correct and on the proper network. If you used the Ember Bitcoin wallet method:

In this scenario, it's likely that your wallet is not properly updating within the Ember app. We suggest refreshing your wallet by swiping down on your Profile page. If the loading circle does not disappear, then this is why you do not see the funds at the moment. If this is the case, please send us an email so that we can look into this for you!
