In this article, we will assume that you have completed the first steps as outlined here: How do I withdraw using the Polygon network?

Now, we will show you how to transfer your MATIC from Coinbase Wallet over to Coinbase.

Coinbase Wallet to Coinbase:

With MATIC now in your Coinbase Wallet, please head over to the standard Coinbase app. Tap on the "My assets" tab on the bottom. Then search for the MATIC token in the top search bar. Select MATIC and then tap on the "Receive" button. Lastly, change the network to Polygon. It should look like this:

PLEASE NOTE: You must first change the network to Polygon, as shown above. This is because the MATIC you have in your Coinbase Wallet is on the Polygon network. Failure to do so will result in the loss of funds.

Once you confirm that you are receiving on the Polygon network, copy the address and head back over to Coinbase Wallet.

Tap on the "Send" button within Coinbase Wallet, and then paste this wallet address in. Select MATIC, enter the amount you'd like to send, and then tap next. You should see the following screens:

Please be patient as the transfer of MATIC from Coinbase Wallet to Coinbase may take some time. Once you receive the funds on your exchange, you can now transfer to fiat, or whatever else you would like to do!
