If you're having issues getting paid for tasks, we recommend you to stop playing this particular game. When a game loses track of your progress, it likely will continue to have issues moving forward. We recommend moving on to a different task.

You can find the task provider on the Tasks page within Ember (adjoe, Bitlabs, etc). Depending on the task provider you are using, there will be a different button to reach their support, such as "Submit a Ticket" or "Report a problem."

Enable Tracking for Ember AND the game you download
Download the app using the link provided by Ember
If you download the game directly from the Play/App Store or already had the game installed, you will not be paid out
Please do not reinstall the downloaded game, as this will likely cause issues
