Ember has two different sides of the app which you can invest on: Layer 1 and Layer 2. Aside from your mining balance, wallet and portfolio balances on each version do not overlap. This may be why you are not seeing your balance on your end.

To check if you are on L1 or L2, please tap on the Wallet tab and then tap on the Settings cog in the top right. At the top of your screen, you should see either "Layer 1" or "Layer 2" listed.

Since you don't currently see your portfolio, we typically recommend switching layers to see if this fixes it! To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Head to the Wallet tab and tap Settings (cog icon in the top right)

2. Tap on Enter Access Code and enter the code "KEYS"

3. Scroll down and select the new option, Blockchain

4. Toggle the switch at the top, and tap confirm
