Overview: How do reward withdrawals work on Ember?

With Ember’s new withdrawal system, accessing your rewards is faster and easier than ever before. Here's how it works:

Head to your Profile → Sat Rewards Wallet, choose your amount, input your wallet address of choice, and submit the withdrawal request.

After placing your withdrawal, you’ll be prompted to complete KYC (Know Your Customer). This is required to move forward and includes uploading a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID) and taking a selfie to confirm your identity. This step is necessary to meet compliance requirements and prevent fraud.

Once your KYC is approved, your withdrawal will be pushed through for processing!

Withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to a few business days, depending on the volume of withdrawals and the status of your account.

Note: You can withdraw any time except during the first week of each month, which is reserved for system reviews. A 7-day cooldown applies after each withdrawal before you can place another.

Sats earned from tasks or in-app purchases, as well as any winnings derived from them, are placed on a 15-day hold before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This helps ensure platform security and integrity.

To check the status of your withdrawal, go to: Profile → Sat Rewards Wallet to view the estimated processing time and current status.

We support wallet addresses on the Bitcoin network. These typically start with bc1, 1, or 3.

Lightning Network addresses are not supported at this time.
