Here's how to redeem your rewards with Ember:

Head to your Profile → Redeem → Sat Rewards balance, choose your amount, enter your redemption details, and submit the redemption request.

After placing your redemption, you’ll be prompted to complete KYC (Know Your Customer). This is required to move forward and includes uploading a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID) and taking a selfie to confirm your identity. This step is necessary to meet compliance requirements and prevent fraud.

Once your KYC is approved, your redemption will be pushed through for processing!

Redemptions are typically processed within a few minutes to a few business days, depending on the volume of redemptions and the status of your account.

Note: A 2-day cooldown applies after each redemption before you can place another.

Sats you get from tasks or in-app purchases, as well as any winnings derived from them, are placed on a 7-day hold and 5-day hold, respectively, before becoming eligible for redemption. This helps ensure platform security and integrity.
