If you happened to delete/reinstall Ember or clear your cache, you will need to wait 7 days before you will regain access to your account. Unfortunately, there's nothing that our support team can do to help you bypass this security feature.

While waiting for these 7 days to pass, please do not reinstall the app or clear your cache again, as this may reset the waiting period.

Moving forward, we suggest signing into your account on another device (as long as it does not already have an Ember account associated with it) before reinstalling or clearing your cache. That way, you'll be able to approve your device successfully and you'll be good to go!
