The 2FA screen is typically triggered when you're logging in from a new device or if you've deleted and reinstalled the app - it's all part of keeping your account secure.

If you don't have your 2FA code saved separately, you will need to wait for the 7-day period to elapse for your account to unlock automatically. This period begins when you tap on "Disable 2FA." Once it is complete, you will be able to log in to your account as usual.

Once you are back in your account, we'd suggest going to your Settings and reactivating your 2FA. To avoid such scenarios in the future, it's a good practice to jot down your code and keep it safe.
