What is the Raffle?
The Raffle is a recurring promotion where you can win a share of a prize pool just by playing your favorite games on Ember. Every wager you place during the raffle period earns you tickets, and every ticket is another chance to win!
How Does the Raffle Work?
When a raffle is running, it works like this:
You're automatically entered the moment you start wagering during the raffle window — no opt-in needed.
Every eligible wager you place earns you raffle tickets based on the wagered amount.
When the raffle period ends, winners are drawn at random from the full ticket pool.
Example: A raffle is running with the standard rate of $10 wagered = 1 ticket.
You wager $500 during the raffle period → you earn 50 tickets.
Each ticket is its own independent entry into the draw.
How Many Tickets Do I Earn?
The baseline conversion rate is $10 wagered = 1 ticket. Some raffles run promotional rates — for example, double-ticket weekends or boosted rates on specific games — so always check the rate shown on the Raffle page before you start playing. It's the source of truth for that specific raffle.
There's no cap on how many tickets you can earn. The more you wager, the more chances you get.
Which Wagers Count Toward Tickets?
All eligible in-app games count toward your ticket total by default. If a specific raffle excludes any game type, it will be called out on the Raffle page.

✅ Win or lose — tickets are earned on the amount wagered, not on profit/loss
How Are Winners Selected?
When the raffle period ends, winners are drawn at random from the full pool of tickets. Because each ticket is its own entry, your chance of winning scales directly with how many tickets you earned relative to the total pool.
A raffle may award a single grand prize or split the pool across multiple winners — the prize structure for each raffle is listed on the Raffle page before it starts. Winners are announced within 24 hours of the raffle closing.
How Are Prizes Paid Out?
Winnings are paid in Bonus Sats, credited directly to your account!

Ticket counts refresh every few minutes. If you've placed wagers but your ticket total isn't moving after 10–15 minutes, try pulling down to refresh the Raffle page. If it still looks wrong, reach out to support with a screenshot and we'll take a look.
