🎁 What is a Promo Balance?
When you activate a promo — like a 50% bonus on your next pack purchase — a new balance is created just for those Free Sats, separate from your main balance.
Think of it like a bonus balance: it's yours to play with, but you'll need to meet a play-through requirement.
⚡ How It Works
Separate from your main balance — Promo Sats are held in their own balance and do not mix with your regular Sat Rewards.
Play-through required — You'll need to wager your promo balance a certain number of times before it can be converted into Redeemable Sats. You can track your progress directly in the Balance Selector within the games, or the Promo history within your Profile page.
Conversion, not a direct credit — Once you complete the play-through, your remaining promo balance is converted into Sats added to your main balance.
🎮 How to Play with a Promo Balance
Open any supported game in the Ember app
Tap the Balance Selector before placing your bet
Select your Promo Balance from the list of available balances
Play as normal — your promo balance will be used for your bets!
If your promo balance runs out mid-session, the game will automatically switch to your next promo balance. If you don't have any other promo balances, it will return to your main balance so you can keep playing without interruption.

Can I redeem Promo Sats directly?
No — Promo Sats cannot be redeemed directly. They must first be converted into your main Sat Rewards balance by completing the play-through requirement.
What happens if my promo expires before I finish?
If your Promo Balance expires before you complete the play-through, any remaining balance is lost and will show as Expired in your history.
Can I have multiple Promo Balances at once?
Yes! If you've received multiple promos, each one gets its own balance. You can select whichever you'd like to use from the Balance Selector in any game.
Do Promo Sats count toward my VIP progress?
Yes — wagering with your Promo Balance contributes to your overall VIP progress.
Which games can I use my Promo Balance in?
Promo Balances are supported across all of Ember's games!
How long does it take for the promo to convert?
After successfully finishing a promo, it takes a few minutes before the balance is converted and added to your main balance!
