Here’s how to redeem your rewards in Ember if you’re located in the US:
💸 Step 1: Redeem Your Rewards
Head to Profile → Redeem → Sat Rewards balance, choose your amount, enter your US bank account details (via Breeze), and submit your redemption request.
Breeze is Ember’s payments partner for all US bank redemptions.
✅ Step 2: Complete KYC Verification
After placing your redemption request, you’ll be prompted to complete KYC (Know Your Customer).
This step includes uploading your SSN, a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID) and taking a selfie to confirm your identity. Please note that TIN numbers are not accepted at this time.
KYC is required by Breeze to send your redemption securely to your bank account and to comply with US regulations.
🕒 Processing Time
Once approved, Breeze typically processes redemptions within 1 business day.
From there, it usually takes 1–2 additional business days for the money to reach your bank.
⏳ Cooldown Periods
2-Day Redemption Cooldown: After each Breeze redemption is approved, you must wait 2 days before placing another.
Task Sats Cooldown:
Sats you get from tasks are on a 7-day cooldown before being eligible.
Sats received with in-app purchases are on a 1-day cooldown.
These safeguards help ensure security and prevent fraud.

You can track the progress of your redemption in-app under:
Profile → Sat Rewards balance → Redemption Status.
🔐 Supported Redemptions
US bank accounts are supported via Breeze.
At this time, redemptions are sent in USD.
