Weekly redemption limits
Your weekly limit is based on your VIP level:
VIP Level | Weekly Redemption Limit |
Starter I – Platinum IV | $5,000 |
Diamond – Diamond V | $9,500 |
Obsidian | $25,000 |
You can check your current level and limit any time on the Home page under your Progress card.
Processing times
Most redemptions are processed well within 7 days. That's the longest you should expect to wait, the majority arrive considerably sooner.
Card and bank redemptions depend on banking hours and can take longer over weekends.
Cooldown between redemptions
Cooldowns vary between accounts, and the longest currently applied is 5 days.
Your exact cooldown is shown in the app when you go to redeem, that'll always be accurate for your account.
