Single Picks: One winner selection for one event.

Parlays: A combination of winner selections from three or more events. All selections must be correct for the parlay to win.

Prizes are calculated from the multiplier shown at the time you placed the pick.

Picks are accepted until the official start time of an event. If a pick is inadvertently accepted after the event has started, it will be voided and your entry returned to your balance.

Picks may be voided if an event is postponed or rescheduled to a different date. If the game is postponed to within 24-48 hours of the original start time, picks will likely stand.

For parlays, voided events are removed from the pick slip, and the prize is recalculated from the multipliers of the remaining legs.

If a game is suspended mid-game (such as in MLB due to weather), we will typically follow these rules:

A pick may be voided when an event is postponed, canceled, or affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, disqualifications, or official scoring errors. When this happens, the pick is considered null, and the Sats you entered are returned to your balance.

Single Picks: If your single pick is voided (e.g., the game is canceled or postponed beyond 36 hours), your full entry is returned to your balance. No prize is paid, and it does not count as a win or loss.

Parlays: If a leg of your parlay is voided, that leg is removed from the slip, and the multiplier is automatically recalculated from the remaining valid legs. The updated parlay wins if all remaining legs are correct.

Timing: We aim to process voids within 1 week of the event’s postponement or cancellation. During this time, the affected pick may still appear as “Pending” or “In Progress,” but we are actively reviewing it.

We’re continuing to improve the speed and clarity of void processing so users have a more transparent and timely experience.

A tie occurs when both teams finish with the same score at the end of regulation and overtime (if applicable), and there is no winner.

For single picks, a tie means no result: your entry is returned to your balance, and no win or loss is recorded.

In parlays, if one leg ends in a tie, that leg is removed and the multiplier is recalculated from the remaining legs.

Note: Picks in soccer are settled on regulation time only (90 minutes + injury/stoppage time). If the match ends in a tie and you did not specifically pick the draw, your pick is a loss. You must pick the tie outcome for it to be a winning pick.

Ember reserves the right to void picks if an obvious error is identified in the multiplier or event details. In such cases, affected entries are returned to your balance.

Picks are settled based on the official results and statistics provided by trusted third-party data providers.

Any corrections to official statistics after 30 minutes from the event's conclusion will not affect settlement.

Winner picks include overtime results unless specified otherwise.

Soccer picks are settled on regulation time only (90 minutes + stoppage time). This includes any added injury or stoppage time, but does not include extra time, such as penalty shootouts or golden goal.

Minimum Leg Count: Each parlay must have at least 3 legs.

Maximum Leg Count: You can include up to 8 legs in a single parlay.

Maximum Active Parlays: You can have up to 15 active parlays at any given time.

Maximum Multiplier: The maximum multiplier for a parlay is 100x.

Picks are typically settled within a few hours of the game's conclusion based on official results. Some games may settle within a day.
