Straight Bets: A single selection on a Moneyline for one event.

Parlay Bets: A combination of Moneyline selections from three or more events, with all selections needing to win for the parlay to pay out.

All payouts are calculated based on the odds in effect at the time of placing the bet.

Bets are accepted until the official start time of an event. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event has started, it will be voided and refunded.

Bets may be void if an event is postponed or rescheduled to a different date. If the game is postponed to within 24-48 hours of the original start time, bets will likely stand.

For parlays, voided events are removed from the bet slip, and the final payout is recalculated based on the odds of the remaining legs.

If a game is suspended mid-game (such as in MLB due to weather), we will typically follow these rules:

A bet may be voided when an event is postponed, canceled, or affected by unforeseen circumstances—such as weather delays, disqualifications, or official scoring errors. When this happens, the bet is considered null, and your original wager amount is returned to your balance.

Straight Bets: If your straight bet is voided (e.g., the game is canceled or postponed beyond 36 hours), the full wager will be returned to your balance. No payout will be made, and it will not count as a win or loss.

Parlay Bets: If a leg of your parlay is voided, that leg is removed from the slip, and the odds are automatically recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. The updated parlay will pay out if all remaining legs win.

Timing: We aim to process voids within 1 week of the event’s postponement or cancellation. During this time, the affected bet may still appear as “Pending” or “In Progress,” but we are actively reviewing it.

A tie occurs when both teams finish with the same score at the end of regulation and overtime (if applicable), and there is no winner.

For Moneyline bets, ties are treated as a push—your original wager will be returned to your balance, and no win or loss will be recorded.

In parlays, if one leg results in a push, that leg is removed, and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining legs.

Note: Moneyline bets in soccer are settled based on regulation time only (90 minutes + injury/stoppage time). If the match ends in a tie and you did not specifically bet on the draw, your bet is considered a loss. You must bet on the tie outcome for it to be a winning bet.

Ember reserves the right to void bets if an obvious error is identified in the odds or event details. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded.

Bets are settled based on the official results and statistics provided by trusted third-party data providers.

Any corrections to official statistics after 30 minutes from the event's conclusion will not affect bet settlements.

Moneyline bets include overtime results unless specified otherwise

Soccer bets are settled based on regulation time only (90 minutes + stoppage time). They includes any added injury or stoppage time, but does not include extra-time, such as for penalty shootouts or golden goal.

Minimum Leg Count: Each parlay must have at least 3 legs.

Maximum Leg Count: You can include up to 8 legs in a single parlay.

Maximum Active Parlays: You can have up to 15 active parlays at any given time.

Maximum Multiplier: The maximum multiplier for a parlay is 100x.

Bets are typically settled within a few hours of the game's conclusion based on official results. Some games may settle within a day.
